How can I use this resource?

  1. Use the posters to teach vocabulary and show students different military branches. There are posters included for the words Veteran, Army, Navy, Airforce, Marines, and Coast Guard.
  2. Print the craft or coloring options and writing pages that works best for your class.
  3. Students color or assemble your veterans and complete the writing pages.
  4. Students glue their writing pages to the bottom of their veterans. OPTIONAL: Create a Veterans Day Bulletin Board or hallway display
